About the Role: We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our commercial team, focusing on accelerating growth in the Asia and Middle East markets. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll work closely with our Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive lead generation, build strong relationships, and support client success across the full sales cycle.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new leads, with a focus on outbound outreach (calls/emails) to drive meetings and opportunities.
  • Client Support: Assist KAMs with trip planning, meeting follow-ups, and developing smaller opportunities.
  • Market Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and sharing insights on product launches and industry news.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update the CRM to ensure a clean, accurate sales pipeline and drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to support campaign activity and client success.


Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client support—preferably with some outbound call experience.


Required Skills:

  • Exposure to premium or hospitality environments is a big plus.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail and CRM proficiency.
  • Business-level fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel 3x annually for international trade shows or client visits.
