Sales Advisor

Due to continued growth we wish to recruit for the role of Customer Sales Advisor based at our Head Office in Newry. We are looking for someone who will maximise sales, build good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.

Your key responsibilities for Customer Sales will include:

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across the trade counter and shop floor, ensuring all hazards are reported or dealt with promptly.
• Deliver a fast, friendly and professional experience to every customer, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit
• Provide excellent face-to-face and telephone service to all customers, building strong working relationships

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Experience of working on a trade counter or customer facing role
• Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a branch team
• Knowledge or a keen interest in building materials, hardware and timber
