Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Time Sales and Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. Working 22.5 hours per week, with some flexibility but to include Mondays and Fridays. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and internal teams.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
· General communication and correspondence with customers via telephone or e-mail
· Receipt and acknowledgement of customer enquiries
· Prepare and issue sales quotations
· Raise Sales Orders ensuring compliance with customer requirements
· Management of the Quote and Sales Log
· Generate sales dispatch paperwork (delivery notes, certificates etc)
· Raise sales invoices and send document pack to customer
· Manage courier collections, track orders and ensure customer communication through to delivery
· Provide holiday cover for Technical Sales Administrator including reception duties, answering and forwarding calls, greeting visitors and receiving deliveries.
· Provide administrative support to our accounts and sales teams
· Managing and responding to emails using shared inbox
· Day to day financial accounting processes using Xero
Technical Skills:
· 2+ years experience in a similar role
· Minimum of a basic qualification in business or accounting, GCSE or A Level desirable
· Computer literate, proficient in MS Office. Experience using Xero accounting software advantageous
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Multi lingual would be advantageous (French, Spanish, Portuguese or German)
· Good working knowledge of shipping and logistics processes preferred

· Aptitude for providing first class customer service
· Ability to plan and prioritise workloads with a methodical approach to work activities
· Excellent communicator with confident and professional manner
· Highly organised and able to demonstrate accuracy and precision to tasks undertaken
· Highly motivated, reliable and conscientious individual with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work equally well either as an individual or as part of a team
