This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on sales and client engagement, supported by responsibilities in content creation, gallery communications, and design. You will play a key role in how we present the gallery and its artists — online, in print, and in person — while supporting the Director across sales and brand strategy.

- Represent the gallery at private views, fairs, and events
Content & Brand Communications
- Develop a quarterly social media programme with input from the Director
- Prepare and supply content (images, videos, captions) for the external social media manager
- Ensure content is brand-aligned and consistent across platforms

- Prepare visuals for client communication and gallery presentations
- Photograph gallery installations, events, and artworks
- Edit short videos for mailouts, website, and digital platforms
- Liaise with printers and suppliers
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is essential

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a sales or client-facing role within the art or luxury sector
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to shape content and visual messaging
- Proficiency in design and digital tools: Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, CMS (e.g. WordPress)
- Flexible and collaborative, able to work closely with the Director and external consultants

- Photography or video production skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (to be discussed in person)
- Holiday: The gallery typically closes for the month of August and over the Christmas/New Year period, plus all UK bank holidays. This provides approximately 5–6 weeks of annual leave. Individual leave requests can be discussed as needed, though the rhythm of the year is built around these gallery-wide closures.
- Working Hours & Flexibility: The role includes occasional evening or weekend work during exhibition installations, art fairs, and events. Flexibility is essential.

- Potential travel to international art fairs
- Attendance at private views and cultural events
- Opportunity to contribute to gallery direction and visual identity
