About Sales Offshore:

Sales Offshore, a division within Vestas NCE, is responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. From early engagement to the bidding and negotiation stages, and ultimately, the transition to the Construction team following the completion of a contract. The team comprises a diverse group of motivated employees who cover the geographic offshore regions in NCE. Additionally, a specialized team provides bid management and sales support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Together, these teams work collaboratively to enhance sales performance and contribute to Vestas' mission of becoming the global leader in sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide vital support to the Project Sales Team throughout the entire sales project lifecycle, including pre-qualifications, bidding, negotiations, and handover of turbine supply agreements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging, coordinating, and participating in internal and external meetings, while managing and tracking tasks and timelines
  • Following up on deliverables from team members, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and utilizing reporting and tracking tools during contract negotiations
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient exchange of documentation with customers, in accordance with defined procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar environment, such as an international company handling complex long-term projects. Recent graduates with an interest in the renewables industry are also encouraged to apply
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid presentation skills

Additional Information

The primary work location will be at one of our offices in Aarhus (DK), London (GB) or Hamburg (DE).
