The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a vital role in growing our sales pipeline, focusing on outbound lead generation and strategic prospecting. Working closely with an Account Executive and collaborating across the Operations & Marketing Teams, you’ll be responsible for identifying, enriching, and engaging potential clients. Your ultimate goal is to book high-quality, well-qualified sales meetings that drive conversions and support the success of the AE team.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Building: Independently research and create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead Enrichment: Enhance lead lists by sourcing and adding relevant contact details and contextual information.
Outbound Engagement: Use email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels to engage potential clients and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
Support AEs: Deliver high-quality leads and actionable insights, assisting in the development and closure of deals.
CRM Management: Accurately track lead activity and maintain detailed records in our CRM system (HubSpot).
Optimise Outreach: Continuously refine outreach strategies based on industry trends, performance data, and market feedback.

Tech Savvy: Familiar with sales tools and CRM systems

Research Skills: Skilled in independently sourcing, qualifying, and enriching lead data to build high-value pipelines.

Key Skills
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the event industry and the role of payments within each ecosystem
Customer Service: Hospitality and event management experience
CRM Proficiency: HubSpot experience preferred
Research Tools: Online, LinkedIn, Lusha, HubLead, etc.
Social Media: Comfortable using platforms like Instagram and TikTok for lead research
Automation & AI: Familiar with various AI tools to streamline outreach and maximise efficiency
Consultative Outreach: Able to take a strategic, value-led approach to outbound efforts — tailoring communication to client needs and positioning NOQ as a trusted partner
Metrics for Success
Meetings Booked: Volume of qualified leads scheduled with AEs.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of meetings that lead to sales.
Booking Value: Average value of the leads booked.
Bonus Structure
Sourced Deal Commission: Earn a commission on any deal closed by the Account Executive team that originated from a lead you sourced and successfully booked a meeting for.
Team Performance Commission: Unlock additional team-wide commission payouts when collective sales targets are achieved.
