They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in growing their sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and helping drive business growth.
This is a fast-paced role, perfect for someone with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for eCommerce.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team, assisting with outreach, lead generation, and client relationship-building. You will leverage various sales channels and tools to connect with prospects, nurture leads, and support the Directors in closing deals.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager(s) to refine outreach strategies, develop new sales initiatives, and optimise sales processes to drive results.
Your Day to Day
- Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Respond to prospects and follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Use previous sales data to re-engage past prospects and create new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain CRM records, ensuring client and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the implementation of technical integrations (e.g., Zapier, Close, email automation) to streamline sales workflows.
- Develop sales messaging, creatives, and outreach strategies to increase conversions.
- Work with different departments to drive new sales initiatives, such as leveraging partnerships for promotional opportunities.
- Track and measure sales activities to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
- Make personalised recommendations to prospects based on their business needs.

Essential Skills:
- Proactive problem solver; have the ability to think independently and adapt quickly.
- Strong analytical skills; track sales performance, generate reports, and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; be confident in crafting compelling outreach messages and engaging with potential clients.
- CRM and data management experience; comfortable using sales tools (e.g., Close, Sov, or similar).
- Resilience and tenacity; possess the ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and maintain motivation in a target-driven role.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in a sales-focused role or business development.
- A strong familiarity with Shopify, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
- A strategic mindset for developing new sales angles and outreach tactics.
- Experience with sales automation tools and integrations.
