We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team at Wireless Logic! In this role, you will discover and create high-value sales opportunities, driving the growth of our business in the IoT sector. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to develop your sales skills and grow into a key contributor to our team’s success!


Your Daily Quest 🌎


  • Market Exploration - Gain a deep understanding of your assigned market’s ecosystem and provide feedback on how we can target it more effectively.
  • Sales Strategy - Create and nurture new appointments and sales opportunities through a multi-touch approach, building a strong pipeline.
  • Lead Generation - Support the Business Development team with high-value lead generation and ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborative Work - Work closely with the Business Development team, Product, and Technical teams to ensure the right resources are aligned to customer meetings.
  • Target Achievement - Work towards meeting and exceeding your quarterly goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Department Communication - Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs and manage expectations.
  • Continuous Learning - Constantly strive to improve your understanding of the business and IoT industry, attending relevant sector events for networking and growth.

  • Sales Experience - 1-2 years in a Sales Development or Telesales role, with a proven track record in generating new business.
  • Industry Knowledge - Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building - Natural ability to build rapport with various business stakeholders and engage them in meaningful conversations.
  • Confident Communication - Comfortable discussing complex topics with customer influencers and decision-makers.
  • Objection Handling - Skilled in overcoming objections and effectively communicating Wireless Logic’s value propositions.
  • Communication Excellence - Strong written and phone communication skills to connect with prospects and customers.
