As a Sales Development Representative ("SDR") you are responsible for the further expansion of our customer base in Europe. You search for potential customers and find out whether we can help them with their challenges. On the basis of discovery calls, you enter into strategic discussions with CEO's, Directors and Managers about where they want to evolve in the long term.

What You’ll Do

  • You are responsible for expanding and filling the sales pipeline with quality leads.
  • You consistently follow up with prospects.
  • After the discovery call, you schedule video or face-to-face appointments to go deeper into their business and strategic challenges.
  • You develop a plan on how to persuade prospects.
  • You work closely with your colleagues in sales and marketing and also give your opinion on new developments in the platform

What You’ve Done

  • You have 1+ years of experience in sales/customer service
  • You have a strong command of both spoken and written German
  • You are unafraid to make calls, send emails, and engage with prospects.
  • You are described as a social person, but you also have a listening ear to customer needs and can translate them into projects.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and have an eye for detail and challenges drive you
  • You work results-oriented and are driven by wanting to achieve milestones and targets.
  • You can work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
