Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for driving sales and building strong client relationships.


Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospects through cold calling, networking, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, to uncover their needs, and present tailored solutions.

Pipeline Management: Nurture and stay on top of leads and opportunities using our CRM system.

Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads into qualified meetings.

Generate Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, up-selling when necessary to track and close sales.

Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to assist in crafting and collateral strategies that drive results.

Administration & Team Support: Assist with general department administrative tasks and provide support to the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Essential:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Experience in a sales role, making outbound business to business calls.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • A self-starter with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for engaging with clients and presenting solutions.
  • Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Full driving license.


Desirable:

  • Knowledge and experience of CRM Platforms.
  • Technical knowledge, especially useful in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS sales roles.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other digital platforms for prospecting.
  • Supporting marketing activities and content development.
