Sales Specialist – Lead Generation
Location: Coventry or Leicester Base (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 DOE + Commission

We’re now looking for a driven Sales Specialist – Lead Generation to help expand our reach and create new opportunities. Team Leader applicants: If you’re a proven leader with the energy to coach and inspire others, as well as having experience within the energy industry, there’s also scope for you to lead and grow our lead generation team.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Identifying and qualifying high-potential leads through digital tools, industry events, and outbound engagement • Building and managing prospect pipelines via cold calls, email, and social platforms • Collaborating with marketing and sales to design and refine lead generation strategies • Using Salesforce CRM to log activity, track progress, and analyse results • Assisting in the creation of engaging content to support inbound lead efforts • Keeping up to date with market trends and spotting new opportunities • Reporting regularly on your activities and achievements • (Team Leader only): Mentoring the lead generation team and ensuring they deliver against key KPIs and objectives

What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in a lead generation or outbound sales role, ideally in energy or sustainability • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to connect and influence • Great organisation and self-management; you’re tenacious, curious, and data-savvy • Experience using Salesforce CRM and lead management tools • An understanding of the UK energy market and Net Zero goals • A hunter mindset, constantly looking for the next opportunity • (Team Leader only): Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team
