What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of your own sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and managing the growth of assigned accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to strategize and deliver results that contribute to team and company success.
  • Showcase your expertise in multi-product sales, introducing and positioning N-able solutions like N-Central, COVE Backup, and EDR/MDR to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our channel distributors, ensuring a positive and productive collaboration.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and clearly communicate both technical and business benefits to prospects and clients.
  • Keep CRM (SFDC) data up-to-date with accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking for full visibility into the sales pipeline.

  • A strong communicator who can explain technical solutions in an accessible way.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A self-starter with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding KPIs in Inside Sales or Account Management.
  • Experience working with channel sales models is a plus, but not essential.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to develop personally and professionally within a supportive team.
