We are looking for someone who can take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximise the potential of each connection.
It is vitally important that you have experience making a high volume of outbound calls to B2B, along with being driven and motivated to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Calling decision makers and influencers through outbound telephone calls to identify new business sales opportunities.
- Keeping their prospect database cleansed and up to date on a daily basis.
- Have the ability to hit targets;
- Attend client meetings
- To always act with due care, skill & diligence
- To keep up to date with current trends.
- Adhere to all company policies as detailed in the company handbook
- Respond in a timely manner to all client queries and ensure that communications with the customer or other relevant business contacts are recorded and uploaded onto the firm's back office recording system.
- Prepare and manage a sales call schedule by setting appropriate goals and evaluating calls.
- Meet with potential clients and do site visits with the team.
Skills Required
- Ability to prioritise and organize own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
- Ability to liaise confidently and effectively via the telephone and in writing
- Able to manage time effectively
- Willingness to continue to learn and develop
- Resilience with the ability to cope with rejection
- Security Industry experience (desirable)
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to engage effectively with clients
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
