We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our friendly team.
In this role, you will focus on outbound telephone-based sales activity designed to generate, qualify and assist in converting new sales opportunities across the company's product range.

Recruitment Process
Applications for this role may require a short online assessment to establish competency in certain skill areas. If your application is successful, you will be invited to a short telephone screening call with a member of our HR team. This is an informal conversation to find out a little more about you and your expectations ahead of potentially moving on to a formal interview. If you are invited to an interview, this may be carried out at our Bournemouth office, or online via a video call depending on your location. Interviews are conducted with the line manager for this role. A second interview may be required depending on the specific job role and may be attended by a member of senior management where required. Don’t worry though, we’re all very friendly!
Job RequirementsAbout You
You will have:
- Minimum of GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
- 1+ years of B2B/B2C sales/account management or Adviser experience
- Experience of working within the mortgage or wealth industries would be advantageous
- Strong communicator
- Proven ability to understand customers circumstances, expectations and needs
- Excellent time management
Job ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Utilise an array of different data sources (Some provided by the company and some requiring your own research), create and maintain a prospect list of potential sales opportunities
- With a focus on telephone-based activity, build a contact strategy for this prospect list with the intent of generating qualified leads with a need for the company's products that can be passed to the National Sales Manager
- Work with the National Sales Manager to help turn qualified leads into converted sales
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management system with all relevant information in relation to sales leads, ensuring accurate data is produced in relation to the sales pipeline
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and the wider Sales team to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Develop a good working knowledge of the Twenty7tec SOURCE, APPLY and FINPLAN propositions
- Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all external messaging
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and wider industry news
- Gather feedback from sales prospects where appropriate to help shape the product roadmap
