Role of the Sales Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Energy Transition Sector. This role involves engaging with both traditional energy markets and potential CCS customers. We welcome candidates with a strong network in the subsea industry, renewable energy technologies, or Oil and Gas sectors. Your main responsibilities will include securing sales orders, driving revenue growth, and fostering customer relationships while helping clients understand and implement our technology solutions. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic planning, with opportunities for global travel to key markets in the UK, Europe, Australia, and the United States.


The Sales Executive will report to the Global Head of Business Development.


Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential customers to secure sales.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
  • Delivering presentations and proposals to showcase our solutions.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Supporting clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience.


Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and behaviours:

  • Experience in sales or business development within the Oil and Gas, Subsea, or Renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and work with teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • A proactive approach to managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or a related field is desirable but not essential.
