As a team:
Working as part of the UKI Operations Team, the role holder will be responsible for originating new engagements and growing the UKIA insurance portfolio, as part of the FS Operations Team. This will be driven by bringing into play the One Accenture ethos and identifying ways in which client requirements on transformation can be addressed.

In our team you will learn:
How to work with clients to co-create mutually beneficial programs with significant benefits for the client and contributing to Accenture’s growth plans.
How to provide solutions to a variety of challenges facing the team in a fast-paced, high volume environment
To focus on originating and developing client relationships in collaborating with other service groups and the Client groups.
How to work effectively with numerous internal and external stakeholders on a variety of projects and issues
As a Senior Manager you will:
Be responsible for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and closure on plan whilst working closely with Senior Management to grow the business
Originate and navigate complex transformation discussions in the market place with senior client stakeholders
Work with the offering and delivery teams to identify areas where Accenture can position Operations transformation and in the process help grow the offering.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Large Deal origination and solutioning
Commercial negotiations
Client originations with CXOs and transformation discussions
High level of business and sales acumen
Strong communication skills
The ability to work autonomously on own initiative either independently or as part of a team
A strong customer focus and polished customer management skills (with experience of working with customers and stakeholders in high pressure environments)
A quick thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an aptitude for creativity or the ability to adapt as required
Confident, determined and assured demeanour, especially in high pressure or critical situations
Strong team player

Ability to work effectively and creatively under pressure
Mastery of stakeholder relationships and collaborative working with colleagues at all levels
Proven history of working within insurance companies at a senior level and taking the lead in creating high value discussions and engagements
