With a strong presence in the UK, UAE, Hong Kong, and China, we specialise in sourcing, refurbishing, and supplying enterprise equipments, laptops, PCs, RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and related components to global markets.


The Role:

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ITAD, laptop, PC parts, and component sales sector, and existing relationships with major purchasing agents in regions such as Germany, the US, and other developed markets.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team of 5 to 10 people, setting and meeting ambitious revenue targets

• Identify, negotiate, and close B2B deals across Europe, North America, and globally

• Manage purchasing strategies for stock acquisition in alignment with market demand

• Oversee pricing, customer relations, and margin optimisation

• Maintain and grow existing customer and supplier relationships

• Work cross-functionally with operations and logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment

• Provide regular performance reporting and forecasting to senior leadership

• Take ownership of a dedicated sales and procurement budget


Requirements:

• Proven track record in IT hardware/component sales (Enterprise hardwares, PCs, laptops, RAM, SSD, HDD, GPUs, etc.)

• Strong understanding of international B2B sales dynamics, especially in Germany and the US

• Existing relationships with major purchasers and resellers

• Experience managing sales teams and driving results

• Ability to work independently and strategically, whether onsite or remote

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
