ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
- Create and execute a sales and events business plan for the venue, detailing clear targets and objectives for oneself and the sales team
- Responsibility for handling larger and/or more complex enquiries/sales activity via phone, Collins and email
- Manage the venue's Collins CRM system
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure event requirements are met.
- Stay updated on venue offerings, menus, packages, and pricing.
- Identify opportunities for new offerings, upselling, and cross-selling.
