Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance forecasts.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a Sales Management role within the automotive sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid UK driving license.
