Job description: Role Summary
To play a key role as a member of the Aftermarket team in maintaining and developing the MANN-FILTER and WIX Filtration brand in the UK and Ireland Aftermarket.
Main Tasks
- Support distributors in the Aftermarket to ensure organisational growth is maximised.
- Handle customer requests and queries on a day-to-day basis
- Manage a Key customer account, acting as contact with procurement team and sales operations.
- Attend trade shows and work outs with key customers.
- Present to garage owners / trade nights, ensuring best practice when promoting MANN-FILTER and WIX brands.
- Analysis of spend / customer trends, ensuring stock management and cleanse process delivered as per contract.
- Prepare reports / sales activity logs as per department needs.
- Influence and assist in the development of the Company’s approach to the Aftermarket Division.
- Maximise the potential revenue for the Company’s products at agreeable margins.
- Act as the Company’s “eyes and ears” in the marketplace, providing relevant information and data on market developments within the Aftermarket.
- Assist in the creation and execution of short and long term business plans.
- Prepare, present and execute proposals for new customers including pricing, marketing & logistics.

- Buying group experience
- Active knowledge in the UK Aftermarket for AM spares
- Previous experience in a similar Sales role essential
- Literate and Numerate
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to grow with the Company and develop themselves through a mixture of work experience and training to be eligible for promotion within the future
- Good negotiation skills

Your Circumstances
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Must live within reasonable travelling distance of North of England and Scotland / surrounding areas
- Regular travel required within UK & Ireland with occasional overseas travel
- Overnight stays required where applicable
- Comfortable working within all Health and Safety regulations.
