We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst with serious Power BI skills, a naturally curious mindset, and a love for digging into the data to find the “so what?” You'll help shape smarter decisions, build slick dashboards, and bring performance stories to life — all while supporting leaders across our business to think and act more strategically.

What you’ll be doing (and why it matters)

You won’t just crunch numbers — you’ll create clarity.

From tracking pipeline and performance to spotting untapped opportunities, you’ll give our commercial team the data and tools they need to move fast and make the right calls. This is a role with real visibility and impact.

You’ll:

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that unlock insight and drive action
• Build tailored reports for Sales, Finance and Leadership teams using Salesforce, NetSuite, Excel and more
• Turn complex datasets into clear, meaningful recommendations
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business needs into smart reporting solutions
• Monitor dashboard usage and continuously improve clarity, efficiency and usability

What makes you a great fit

You’re more than just tech-savvy — you’re impact-driven.

• 2+ years’ experience in a data analysis, BI or commercial operations role
• Advanced Power BI skills with confidence in DAX, Power Query and data modelling
• Solid Excel and working knowledge of SQL
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite or commercial reporting
• A curious, analytical mind with a love of finding the “why” behind the data
• Clear communicator who makes insights accessible to non-technical stakeholders
