The Opportunity

We’re expanding our team and looking for multiple Sales Outreach Marketing Executives to help grow our footprint in the UK market.

This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role where you’ll be making high volumes of outbound calls, introducing our solutions to potential customers and identifying new business opportunities. Whether through warm leads or cold outreach, you’ll be at the front line of our growth strategy, helping build the foundations for long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time, office-based role from our headquarters in Southampton. If you’re comfortable on the phone, confident in your approach, and driven by results, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively making outbound calls to identify and engage potential customers
  • Generating new leads and qualifying interest in our flexible packaging solutions
  • Preparing quotes and following up as necessary, including arranging visits for the Business Development Team
  • Using insight and research to target high-value prospects strategically
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and contributing to sales forecasting
  • Working closely with internal departments to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in a sales role, within a phone-based sales environment
  • Confident communicator with a clear, professional phone manner
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing your own pipeline
  • Organised and commercially aware, with strong CRM and reporting skills
  • Team player who thrives in a high-activity, collaborative setting
  • Background or interest in packaging, materials, or manufacturing sectors is a bonus
