The Opportunity

As a Sales and Service Technician you’ll be at the heart of our operations - delivering, installing, and servicing our machines while building strong, trusted relationships with customers. Your curiosity and initiative will enable you to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that enhances their productivity and add real value to their business!

This role is the perfect blend of practical, hands-on work, structured processes, and customer engagement.

The Role

• Become a product expert in our machines and solutions.
• Drive a 3.5-tonne vehicle (Valid UK Driver’s Licence required) to conduct machine installations, servicing, and product demonstrations to convert service calls into sales and expanded opportunities.
• Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and proactively recommend additional products and upgrades to enhance their operations.
• Upsell and cross-sell Safetykleen solutions, contributing directly to business growth and exceeding sales targets.
• Follow Safetykleen Ways of Working, ensuring a high standard of servicing while also leveraging every customer visit to maximise sales potential.
• Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and securing repeat business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure every customer receives exceptional service and sales support.
