About the role:
The Sales Support Administrator is the pivotal liaison between Sales, Operations, and Marketing, managing the administrative procedures for sponsorship, exhibition and advertising sales across the CRU Communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations – Build strong relationships, respond to queries, and manage sponsor/exhibitor communications.
- Event & Exhibitor Support – Maintain sponsorship and exhibition data, create exhibitor manuals, manage networking app content, and assist with registration.
- Logistics & Coordination – Oversee meeting room arrangements, liaise with venues on catering/AV, and prepare event signage.
- Revenue & Financials – Issue invoices, track payments, and support debt management.
- Digital & Content Management – Keep sponsor/exhibitor website sections up to date, manage profiles/logos, and ensure timely content collection.
- Advertising & Subscriptions – Support ad artwork collection, manage online ad placements, and assist with magazine circulation.
Skills & Experience:
- 2 years experience in a customer service focused role.
- Highly detail-oriented with energy and enthusiasm, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
