Reporting to: Commercial Director
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer documentation from onboarding to offboarding is accurate and communicated clearly to the customer. You will provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team as well as work closely with provisioning and billing colleagues to produce reporting for the senior management team.
Skills And Competencies Required
- Previous experience of credit control environment
- Excellent Communication & Written Skills
- Proven ability and extensive experience in successfully navigating and resolving challenging conversations.
- Self-Motivated & Driven
- Accurate with attention to detail and understanding of commercial contracts
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Customer Service orientated with a passion for delivering the very best experience.
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong IT skills, confident in using Excel and comfortable learning new platforms
