Working hours: 39.75

Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to contribute to the Terex Washing team.

As a Sales Support Coordinator at Terex, based in Farlough, you'll play a pivotal role in support our Sales Director & Regional Sales Managers. You will work to provide best in class service to our dealer network and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Co-Ordinate Weekly AER Meetings via teams. Issuing actions and follow up on completions.
  • Support the sales Organisation, including but limited to order proposal documents.
  • Co-Ordinating orders from submission through to order processing.
  • Setting up new customer accounts, carrying out compliance checks.
  • Managing project accounts and raising invoices for customer payments.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and dealing with queries.


Maintaining and updating backlog spreadsheet for finance.

  • Dealing and assisting with queries forms the sales teams
  • Shipment of merchandise/parts through freight companies and providing relevant paperwork for customs.


What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience working in a sales support environment would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience with Purchase Orders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
