Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to contribute to the Terex Washing team.

As a Sales Support Coordinator at Terex, based in Farlough, you'll play a pivotal role in support our Sales Director & Regional Sales Managers. You will work to provide best in class service to our dealer network and customers.

As a Sales Support Coordinator at Terex, based in Farlough, you'll play a pivotal role in support our Sales Director & Regional Sales Managers. You will work to provide best in class service to our dealer network and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Co-Ordinate Weekly AER Meetings via teams. Issuing actions and follow up on completions.
- Support the sales Organisation, including but limited to order proposal documents.
- Co-Ordinating orders from submission through to order processing.
- Setting up new customer accounts, carrying out compliance checks.
- Managing project accounts and raising invoices for customer payments.
- Raising Purchase Orders and dealing with queries.
- Dealing and assisting with queries forms the sales teams
- Shipment of merchandise/parts through freight companies and providing relevant paperwork for customs.
- Previous experience working in a sales support environment would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with Purchase Orders
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self motivated and high energy
- Ability to work and add value within a team
- Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
