Summary of Position

The Sales Enablement and Support Specialist acts in a dual capacity to manage sales optimisation as well as bid writing and general support.

As a sales enablement specialist, this individual will collaborate with sales leadership to manage sales enablement tools, registrations, CRM reporting and tracking. They will provide training and support to sales teams on how to effectively utilise these tools to enhance productivity, visibility, and drive revenue growth.

In their capacity as a sales support specialist, they will support the sales and bid teams with completing portal registrations, library management, SME documentation, contract management, and NDAs. They will also create presentation materials and complete other general support requests for the department.


Responsibilities and Duties

Support the bid team in meeting RFP/RFI and proposal deadlines, completing general company information, and gathering attachment documentation required for submission.

Customise sales pitches that communicate our value proposition and service offering. This will include power point presentations, meeting strategy, and supporting materials as needed.

Assist with other sales support materials, as needed, such as ad hoc presentations, topical documents and updates, technical samples, and other materials to support competitive and non-competitive new business opportunities.

Assist the Sales Support team in maintaining databases and resource materials as needed.

Manage CRM reporting and optimisation for the team.

Support for and management of sales enablement tools and CRM including ZoomInfo (global), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Serve as the primary administrator for all sales enablement tools, managing user access, permissions, and configurations.

Continuously monitor and analyse tool usage and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

Work closely with IT, internal teams, and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of all tools.

Education and Experience

Minimum of two years of professional work experience, preferably within the travel industry.

Experience of working within a fast-paced sales team.

Proficiency in sales enablement tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales content management platforms, sales training software, etc.

Proficiency with Office suite, including Word, Power Point and Excel.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Acrobat, InDesign and Photoshop.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent writing skills to articulate the sales strategy and the CTM value proposition.

Exceptional written and verbal comprehension and critical thinking skills.

Advanced time management capabilities to adhere to multiple internal and external project deadlines.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
