Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass targets
- Drive new business development and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Ensure exceptional client service and adherence to regulatory standards

- Optimize sales processes and enhance team efficiency
- Deliver regular sales performance reports and identify areas for development
