What Youāll Be Doing:
- Leading the launch of a new telesales call centre from the ground up
- Implementing the full tech stack, including CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring an initial team of telesales agents
- Designing call scripts, sales workflows, and performance KPIs
- Managing daily operations, reporting, and ongoing optimisation of the team
What Weāre Looking For:
- Proven experience in setting up or leading successful telesales or call centre teams
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- A hands-on leader with a proactive approach to building processes and teams
- Comfortable managing contact databases and driving call volumes
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills
