We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimising our Salesforce environment to ensure it effectively supports business operations and growth. This includes refining CRM processes, maintaining integrations with third-party tools, data cleansing, and acting as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related tasks.
The Administrator also supports cross-functional teams by providing training, documentation, and ongoing user support. They lead system improvements, champion data quality, and create actionable reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Management & Optimisation:
- Own and continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our Salesforce instance
- Play a key role in stakeholder conversations to drive strategic business change
- Maintain integrations with third-party tools
- Build and update Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Formula Fields, and other core Salesforce features
- Manage data quality and cleansing, storage limits, and system health
- Stay up to date with releases and action accordingly
- Utilise sandbox for configurations and testing
Support, Training & Enablement:
- Lead training sessions and produce guides and documentation to upskill teams
- Regularly communicate changes in process and functionality across departments
- Lead CRM training for new users across global teams
- Manage processes for ad-hoc support alongside larger CRM projects
Project Management:
- Manage Salesforce-related projects from scoping to delivery
- Deliver post-project support, including user training, documentation, and internal process updates to ensure successful adoption
Social and environmental:
- Actively participate in company DEI, sustainability and wellbeing initiatives to support our mission to make a positive impact
Experience
- Certified to at least Salesforce Administrator Certification level (ADM-201)
- Successful track record of managing Salesforce in a business environment
- Experience of supporting cross-functional teams with CRM solutions
- Comfortable managing CRM-related project work, including requirements gathering, Implementation and testing
- Experience of working in a stand-alone Salesforce role is an advantage
Skills
- Proficient in core Salesforce functionality (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Formula Fields)
- Strong data management skills
- Ability to build custom reports and dashboards for various business functions as required
- Proficient in project management processes, workflows and tools including communication and feedback
- Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Zapier, Data loader, Monday.com as well as Commercial (SalesNav, Gong, Amplemarket and Zoominfo) and Marketing tools (DotDigital)
- Experience of project management and ticketing system processes
