We are looking for a proactive and driven Salesforce developer to join our team. You will be a key member of a small, cross functional, Agile team who deliver our innovative Renewals proposition using several tools including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and DocuSign. There are also significant opportunities for working with the Renewals team’s other services using tools including TypeScript/Node, Ruby, and AWS CDK.

You will work closely with your team to develop technical solutions that align with business goals, leveraging custom Salesforce implementations and integrating them with other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce-based applications, customisations, and enhancements
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve bugs/errors
• Follow established Salesforce development standards and best practices
• Stay current on Force.com technology changes and Salesforce releases
• Integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Manage deployments using source control and Gearset

Interview Process:

• Screening Call with TA
• 1.5 hour Teams interview – with technical task

About you:

• Proven experience with Git and Gearset or similar development tools is essential
• Experience with the following Salesforce technologies: Apex, Aura/LWC, Migration tools, REST APIs, SQL/SOQL
• Experience with integration between Salesforce and third parties
• Working knowledge of software development outside of the Salesforce platform is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills both within the immediate team and with critical stakeholders
• Energy and self-motivation with high productivity, creative problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize
