At the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, our Digital & Technology team is reimagining how we work — putting technology at the heart of TBI. We build the internal systems and tools that empower our experts to tackle some of the world’s most complex challenges with greater speed and impact.
As agile partners, we collaborate with teams across TBI globally to design, build, and run user-centred digital solutions. Every product we develop helps unlock greater focus, speed, and scale.

Overview & Purpose
We are migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce, building a new platform from the ground up to unlock the power of our people and data. The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in delivering Salesforce solutions by developing and customising features in line with Product Manager priorities. Working closely with the Senior Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator, they will implement both declarative and programmatic solutions. This role plays an important part in a transformational and strategically significant programme, offering the opportunity to deepen expertise within a dynamic, agile team.
