Salesforce Solution Architect

UST is actively recruiting for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will join our dynamic team in the East Midlands, where you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming customer experiences and driving business success across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture, integration strategies, and solution roadmaps.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, leveraging your deep understanding of its capabilities.
• Oversee system integration and data migration efforts to ensure seamless transitions and optimized performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Address complex business challenges by delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce innovations and industry trends, applying them to enhance customer outcomes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ample experience in system, platform, or solution architecture, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Experience in designing complex integrations with third-party systems and platforms.
• Background in financial services would be highly desirable, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Architect, are a plus.
