Oldham College is looking for a dedicated and organised
Salon Supervisor Dispenser to join our dynamic Hair and Beauty team. In this key role, youll support staff and students in our training salon, helping to maintain a high-quality, professional environment that reflects real industry standards.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supervising the daily operations of the salon to ensure cleanliness, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting teaching staff by preparing equipment, demonstrating processes, and helping students during practical sessions.
- Managing the booking system and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Promoting the salon at college events and supporting marketing and income-generating activities.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a salon or technical environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock and maintain high hygiene standards.
- A team player who is flexible, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Basic IT skills and a working knowledge of Health & Safety in a salon environment.
- A positive and professional attitude that reflects the values of the College.
