Position Overview:

HCL Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 Architect with a strong background in Customer Experience (CX) and the utilities industry. This role requires a visionary leader capable of transforming sales processes and enhancing cloud services to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Sales & Service Cloud Architecture:

- Design and implement SAP solutions for sales processes and cloud services including sales automation, service management, analytics and reporting, customer engagement, CX integration, collaboration tools, customisation and extensibility.

- Lead end-to-end SAP architecture projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

2. Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement:

- Leverage experience in CX to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.

- Design customer engagement strategies to foster better relationships and loyalty.

- SAP Sales & Service Cloud integration with S/4HANA and with another CX components.

- E2E business processes improvement based on SAP capabilities

3. Utilities Industry Expertise:

- Utilize knowledge of the utilities sector to tailor SAP solutions.

- Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

4. Team Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Oversee project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Technical Leadership:

- Keep abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends.

- Mentor junior team members and share insights on innovative solutions.

7. Pre-Sales Support:

- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Extensive experience in SAP sales solutions and cloud services.

- Proven track record of working with Customer Experience (CX) platforms.

- Experience in the utilities industry is highly desired.

- Strong project management and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to travel as required.
