Who Are We Looking For?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling Assistant to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield. The role is suitable for office or ‘hybrid working’ with time spent working from home in addition to attending the office.
Specific project scheduling experience is not essential criteria, what’s important for this role are fresh ideas and enthusiasm. We’re looking for someone who can come onboard to support the team on a fixed term basis during a particularly busy period.
In order to succeed in the role, you must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and strong organisational skills alongside a confident and friendly phone manor.
Experience Using Microsoft Software Including Excel Is Essential.
What Does Your New Role Look Like?
As a Scheduling Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Scheduling Managers to ensure administration tasks are completed for each project, this includes booking vehicles, arranging offshore travel & hotels.
- Communicating schedules to our field teams (internal & external) via email initially.
- Acting as a day-to-day contact for the resourcing of all projects.
- Working closely with the Project & Field Management Teams to deliver on time, every time, for the client.
- Ensuring our systems and all related project information are maintained with accurate data
- Effectively communicating with colleagues in the Installations team.
