Job Description
The governors at St Mary's CE Primary School are looking for (school visit is welcomed) an experienced strategic leader who will:
- Keep pupil achievement and wellbeing as their core priority
- Take overall responsibility for high standards in Financial planning/management, Human Resources, Procurement, Facilities Management, IT and Health and Safety
- Be both strategic and hands on with substantial proven success in business management
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Embrace the values of our Church of England school
- Have full working knowledge of relevant polices/codes of practice/legislation
- Have the ability to interpret advice/statute and to devise policy/practice in the light of these
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team effectively
- Relate well to children and adults
- Have the ability to self-evaluate learning needs and actively seek learning opportunities
