We are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated school cleaner to cover maternity leave.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who is:
- Have a suitable standard of Numeracy and Literacy
- Have experience of undertaking a range of cleaning duties
- Have knowledge cleaning best practices and the ability to follow instructions
- Be approachable and able to communicate effectively whilst building relationships with your team, colleagues and students
- Have good organisational skills
- Be confident and highly motivated
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Be passionate in motivating, inspiring and safeguarding young people and team members
- Be honest and act with integrity, be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality
- Embrace and support the school’s Quality of Life and Positive Behaviour Support ethos
- Have a positive attitude and mind-set, embracing the positive physical and mental health and wellbeing ethos. This includes role modelling self-care and reflection as part of our wider curriculum
