New Chapter Consulting are on the search for a Business Development Manager to join a Leading Spirits Company and manage a portfolio of key on-trade group accounts across Scotland. You will drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience with a key focus on Edinburgh and Glasgow

This field-based role will give you the opportunity to work with a premium spirits portfolio, focused on increasing distribution, developing strong relationships, and executing innovative in-outlet activations. You’ll become the go-to supplier for your territory, driving visibility and creating new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, manage sales targets.
• Increase brand visibility and distribution through innovative activations.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with in-outlet teams to create new cocktails and perfect serves.
• Drive business performance insights and actions based on customer data.
• Seek out new business opportunities and expand your customer base.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or a related field within the on-trade.
• Experience managing key on-trade groups in Scotland
• Passion for spirits and cocktails.
• Strong communication and commercial skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to thrive with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
• Based in or around Edinburgh or Glasgow
