Summary

An exciting opportunity in the Global Client Operations department has arisen for an individual who is keen to acquire experience and build a career in the localisation industry.

As the Scripting & QC Services Project Coordinator, you will be part of a team working on a variety of localisation projects, maintaining the high-quality standards of our biggest clients.

The role demands great organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks while effectively switching focus between them. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone to be proactive and to communicate information effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Finally, the role may involve working with tight deadlines, so being able to work under pressure without losing focus is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting QC Specialist and Project Managers to successfully deliver projects on time and to agreed quality standards
  • Understanding of our pricing and billing procedures for both QC Services and Scripting projects and compliance with VSI's invoicing workflow to ensure smooth supplier and client invoicing
  • Help training freelance QCers and onboarding for the QC and verification services
  • Troubleshooting freelance supplier queries and escalating to the Line Manager when necessary
  • Supporting management of full project cycles for supplemental and scripting work from initial receipt to invoicing within OOONA, using client tools and following internal and client processes
  • Keeping track of project data within OOONA, entering information efficiently, timely and accurately ready for business reporting
  • Learning about other services to support the wider team as required
  • Attending training and workshops as required
  • Performing any ad-hoc admin and supporting Project Managers as required
