About This Role

This Second in Department Maths role is a great opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher looking for a new challenge in a high-potential school. About You

The successful candidate will need to provide our students with an outstanding education in Maths, and work collaboratively with the Head of the Faculty to provide effective support with a view to continuing to raise standards, supporting the school in securing high standards of teaching and learning. This is an exciting time to join a team of staff who are working together to improve student outcomes and continually develop themselves as professionals.

The successful candidate will be;

  • A skilled teacher of maths with an understanding of effective pedagogical approaches.
  • Passionate about leading successful learning, in their classroom and across the subject.
  • Keen to build on the existing extra curricular provision.
  • Organised and have an eye for detail.
  • A team player.
