We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our winning Managed Solutions team representing a leading Energy organisation. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a small team while driving growth, improving performance, and ensuring our client receives outstanding service.

What youโll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Consultants, supporting them to achieve their targets.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for key clients, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for growth by developing both existing and new client relationships.
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, taking prompt and effective action.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and improve KPIs and client satisfaction metrics, including NPS scores.
About you:
- Youโre a natural communicator who can listen to and understand client needs while effectively presenting tailored solutions.
- Skilled in spotting opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving growth.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Able to lead and inspire a team, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed.
- Resilient and positive, you can handle challenges and bounce back quickly.
- A great problem solver who can develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, from an MSP/RPO background with an emphasis on Engineering or Tech.
- Strong resourcing and talent acquisition skills with a commercial mindset.
- Team management experience, including coaching and development.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior external stakeholders.
