The Role
StudioXAG is looking for a Senior Account Manager to work closely with our Growth Director to help grow our existing client accounts and deliver work to WOW our clients, teams and the industry.
StudioXAG is growing and we have a client list that would be the envy of anyone who works, or has an interest in, luxury fashion and retail. Clients continually come back to us, but as we grow and our client base grows, we need a more consistent way of managing and developing relationships. This is not a high-pressure cold sales role, it is about relationship building and fostering long-term growth within key account.
This is a new dedicated role at StudioXAG and, in the first instance, you will be working on some of our most strategic accounts as we build out this function to provide the same service to all our clients.
You will also play a part in supporting Project Managers with strategic account growth, in partnership with the Growth and Delivery teams. This includes running monthly drop-in sessions, facilitating group account planning, and empowering the team to strengthen their client networks.

- Be comfortable working in a matrixed model where delivery and growth overlap, and where trust and collaboration are key to client success
Requirements
Ideal Experience:
- You will have 6 years plus working in an agency environment
- You don’t have to have worked in exactly our industry before, but if you haven’t, a strong personal interest in fashion will be highly advantageous
- Experience working in an agency environment working alongside and developing large well known client accounts is a must
- With some support, you will be able to create and execute on a strategy to develop client accounts
- You will be comfortable dealing with clients
- A good understanding of project budgeting and working towards targets is important
- You will be familiar with using a CRM system
- Experience building multi-level relationships within client organisations and encouraging internal teams to do the same is a plus
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and lead initiatives to grow key accounts
- Nurture our key relationships, but develop a good understanding of the client's business and be proactive in engaging in opportunities
- Develop new contacts within existing client organisations
- Be the point of contact for new opportunities
- Potentially helping to create and develop budgets and more creative commercial relationships
- Manage elements of our CRM
- You will work with various team members across StudioXAG to take a holistic approach on how we develop clients accounts
- Partner with Project Managers to support their role in growing accounts, through regular structured sessions, tailored outreach strategies, and shared success metrics
- Contribute to a culture of shared ownership of account health and client development across Delivery and Growth
- Collaborate with senior and junior team members to develop strong, multi-tiered client relationships

Location:
We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our East London studio in E10 and 2 flexible days. Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.

Salary: £45k-£60k DOE. Please state expectations on application.
