Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily all-rounded accounting and financial operations including full set of accounts, AR/AP/GL, intercompany reconciliation
• Responsible for bank and cashflow planning, inventory, receivables, fixed assets management and credit review of customers
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policy and procedures
• Perform month-end closing, management reporting and quarterly reporting packages and schedules to holding company. Ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of all reporting submission
• Responsible for monthly forecasting and assist in annual budgeting
• Administer and maintain system budgetary tracking
• Perform variance analysis of the financial performance of the business units against budget and forecast
• Liaise with bank and handle all bank issues
• This role will be working closely with business units and relevant stakeholders and provide support in relation to finance and accounting operations
• Assist in strengthening control issues and identify opportunity for process improvement
• Supporting on-going and ad-hoc projects including new system implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business relevant disciplines
• Member of recognized accounting bodies preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience; preferably in sales distribution, wholesale and retail business
• Strong business acumen and excellent analytical, reporting and business control skills
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Good interpersonal and influence skills to work with and manage internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel skill and ERP System knowledge
• Experience in SAP, Cognos & Power BI will be an advantage
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and overtime work is expected
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (e.g. Cantonese). Other language skills would be an advantage

** Daily attendance & Travel to Maidstone office is required for the first 6 months for onboarding and integration purposes
