Senior Admin (Building Control)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Building Control team. In this role, you will supervise a small administrative team to deliver efficient, high-quality support for our statutory building control services under the Building Act 1984 (as amended).

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, overseeing procurement and invoicing processes, and acting as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in an administrative or technical support position, along with strong IT skills and the ability to manage and update specialist software systems and databases. While knowledge of Building Control or local authority processes is desirable, it is not essential.
