Key Responsibilities

Business partnering

• Engage in discussions with the business, or the wider project team to understand the business challenges to be addressed. Use knowledge of legal processes, technology, and practice team operations to propose solutions.
• Investigate operational procedures to identify the key risks and challenges to inform recommendations and solutions where appropriate.
• Participate actively in the project team and act as a bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment when required.

Collaboration in team

• Work proactively within the Digital Change team to share best practices and support peers. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance based on experience and expertise.

Proactive problem solving

• Independently manage a portfolio of activities, demonstrating good judgement in identifying and escalating risks. Drive towards project outcomes while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.

High quality communication and outputs

• Effectively convey and communicate complex ideas and solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders, including cross functional team members, senior management and potentially clients. Facilitate workshops and meetings. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and documents.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience of contributing to high-performance teams to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments, including problem identification and solution design.
• At least 4 years post-degree experience in the legal sector or a professional service environment, with experience in a comparable role or consulting position being advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic, solution-focused mindset that balances perfection with progress.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and solutions to a range of stakeholders, including those with differing expertise (e.g., IT and Legal specialists).
• Exhibit a high degree of adaptability by responding to changing project requirements and client needs with flexibility and resilience.
• Quickly adjust to new information, challenges, and environments, maintaining a positive and proactive approach. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• For internal candidates: well-regarded by internal stakeholders with a good internal network, and able to mentor and support junior team members.
