Finance & Business Operations
The Finance & Business Operations team supports an array of territory objectives, with a focus on business performance management, real estate underwriting, capital expenditure investment appraisal, revenue optimization, cash flow management and other strategic initiatives.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Finance & Business Operations to drive key cross functional projects and initiatives across the UK, Ireland & Emerging Markets. Reporting into the Finance & Business Operations Senior Manager, your role will underline key financial business processes and assist the department in driving growth and profitability.
Responsibilities Include
- Portfolio optimization: Run analysis and modelling to support capital spend, ROI, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability
- Financial modelling of Real Estate transactions and overall pipeline/portfolio assessment (asset performance review and new asset underwriting)
- Contribute to end-to-end financial strategy-led projects, from supporting the preparation of project briefs/presentations to modelling of impacts
- Month-end Territory P&L reporting of financials and key performance indicators to the General Manager and other Territory Leaders to provide visibility and drive asset performance and initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Planning: Serve as a stakeholder & key partner in the development of the territory’s annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts led by the FP&A team
- Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow to provide insights to the Board of Directors, contributing to effective cash management
About You
- Higher-level qualification in Business, Finance or Economics
- Experience defining analytical/research projects, analysing data and modelling
- Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once
- Resourceful, relentless and capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy to meet aggressive deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick and scrappy learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done / have a can-do attitude
- Dedicated team player who will enthusiastically support the wider team on executing joint missions
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
