Senior Applications Manager
Location: Paddington
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days on site
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Benefits
A Global Financial Services Client with c 5000 userbase is undergoing a digital transformation and looking for a Senior Applications Manager to lead their Finance Systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve core finance platforms, ensuring scalability and compliance.
- Manage a small in-house team and third-party vendors.
- Drive the technical roadmap and cross-system integrations (e.g. HR, CRM, Data).
- Support acquisitions and ensure seamless onboarding into finance systems.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT leaders to align tech with business goals.
Your experience:
- 5+ years' T1 Finance Applications experience. (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Dynamics)
- Strong experience in a global environment.
- Strong technical leadership and vendor management experience.
- Familiar with platform governance, change control, and integration projects.
