Senior Architect Job in Haslemere, Surrey
Senior Architect or Architectural Technician job is now available to join a vibrant practice based in Surrey. The position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, along with hybrid working. The role will involve working on a wide range of projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors, with values typically ranging from £500,000 to £5 million.
Based in Surrey and working across the Southeast-including Hampshire, West Sussex, and London. Role & Responsibilities
- Take a lead role in the running of projects across all stages with a particular focus on stage 4 onwards.
- Developing client relationships
- Develop inventive design solutions
- Working on the production of technical drawing packages
- Taking personal ownership of projects and being the point of contact for the project.
- Liaising with other team members, contractors, and third parties on a regular basis
- Producing accurate, detailed information
- Attending site.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in the relevant sectors in the UK
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work on later technical stages is essential (Applicants ideally should supply a Portfolio highlighting 1.5 drawing examples)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and Revit ability highly beneficial
- A technical test will be part of the interview process
- Experience of running projects and experience of onsite delivery
- Ability to deal with design issues, finding innovative solutions
- Love of architecture and keen to embrace new techniques and technologies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues,
- Be within 45 minutes commute of the business.
