Senior Associate, Fund Finance, Private Equity

Pantheon Ventures, a global private markets investor with $90B+ AUM, is looking for a Senior Associate, Fund Finance to join our Private Equity team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy—supporting fund launches, managing third-party service providers, and ensuring robust financial oversight across our Private Equity platform.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Oversee fund accounting, audits, and financial reporting

✔️ Support new fund launches and operational setup

✔️ Manage capital events, fund expenses, and fee calculations

✔️ Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers

✔️ Drive process improvements and risk management initiatives

✔️ Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing culture

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)

✅ Strong knowledge of private markets (ideally Private Equity or FoF)

✅ Experience in fund accounting, controls, and financial operations

✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and Excel skills

✅ A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
